Join local author and poet, Laurie Allmann as we draw from your connections to landscape, contemporary culture, your own heritage, and local history to produce fresh new works. We will play with artful ways to express your concept of home through writing. Individuals and inter-generational pairs are welcome! Participants, please bring 5-6 photographs that contribute to your idea of home. These could include but are not limited to your house/apartment, people, meaningful objects, rooms, foods, favorite places near and far that speak to you of home. (You’ll be keeping these photos, so no need to make copies).
