We’ll cover topics like understanding the impact of COVID-19 on children's mental health, building resilience, and navigating challenges in accessing support.

 

By the end of the training, you will:

  • Understand the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on children's mental health, including common losses and stressors experienced by children during and after the pandemic.

  •   Explore the role of resilience in children's mental health post-COVID-19 and identify strategies to foster resilience in children facing adversity.

  • Identify resources and support networks available for children and families to address mental health needs and navigate the post-pandemic landscape effectively.

  • Develop practical strategies and tools for educators, parents, and caregivers to promote mental wellness and create supportive environments for children in schools, homes, and communities.
