Grow Through Change
Individual and Family Therapy in Isanti
“The beautiful journey of today can only begin when we learn to let go of yesterday.” - Steve Maraboli
Butterflies are a common example of growth, change, and beauty. A butterfly starts as a fuzzy caterpillar, builds itself a safe space to grow, and emerges into a beautiful butterfly. We all have the capacity to grow into a butterfly. My job is to help you find the strength for change and to guide you through your own process of identifying what you need to grow into the person you want to be and live your life authentically.

Growing Resilience At Prairie Star Care Farm
Nature Based Coping Skill Practice & Peer Support Group For People Living with a Severe & Persistent Mental Illness
Weekly Sessions May-Sept Thursdays 1-3pm
Overview of Program Day: Weekly intentions are set to explore & practice new coping skills while immersed in a tranquil farm environment. We plant these intentions in the garden. These intentions lay a foundation for guiding us through the day in a manner that supports self care and management of mental health conditions. Activities will blend education and discussion on mindfulness techniques and nutrition for mental health. The session concludes with a reflective discussion on what has been nurtured and is growing within us, the ways we’ve supported our intentions, the new coping skills learned, and the challenges that arise on our path to wellness.
